Put decision information together
Show provider, service purpose, audience, duration, format, price and availability on a connected path. Avoid sending visitors through several unrelated pages for basic facts.
Use a specific next step
Buttons such as “View availability” or “Book this session” explain what happens next more clearly than a general “Get started” prompt.
Keep availability real
Remove expired times, account for buffers and calendar conflicts and explain when a request still requires professional confirmation.
Review failed journeys
Measure service views, booking starts, payment failures, cancellations and completed bookings separately. Fix the largest verified point of friction before redesigning the whole journey.
